Vic: Man faces court over body at rubbish tip
A man has appeared in a Victorian court charged with the murder of a man whose bodywas found in a shallow grave at the Morwell rubbish tip in the state's south-east.
Forty-six-year-old DANIEL PAUL WILSON, of Wallace Street in Morwell, has appeared inMoe Magistrates Court over the death of MATTHEW GOODWIN on or about August the 9th.
Police say the body of 35-year-old Mr GOODWIN was uncovered by rubbish tip workersearly on Monday morning.
Magistrate JOHN DUGDALE has remanded WILSON in custody until November the 25th.
